This is the seventh Bundt cake I’ve made this month. I wasn’t really planning on baking this morning, but I’m a chronic insomniac and Larry’s doing some work with the Sunnyvale Heritage Museum this morning. Perfect excuse to make up a coffee cake and feed some people. The cake is pretty simple, a standard butter coffee cake with streusel. Except the streusel is gooey with dulce de leche and layered into the cake. It was good warm, but something about it, especially later in the day, both Larry and I thought it was just okay.
