These cupcakes are the perfect everyday chocolate cupcake. Moist, tender, with a nice poofy top. They can be whipped up in a blender, or with a whisk in a bowl (which is how I made them). The buttercream is a solid performer. Yes, it’s got Marshmallow Fluff in it. But it’s good, it’s fast, and it’s stable. It pipes out beautifully. And it doesn’t taste at all like marshmallow.
