These are beautiful cupcakes. Perfectly chocolate-y with a really nice rise and a creamy, buttery frosting that forms a sugary crust as it rests. The buttercream is really easy to work with and piped out really well but these are definitely best the day they’re made and quickly declined in quality. The recipe can be found here.
