I haven’t baked nearly enough from Whole Grain Baking lately. Too many things to try, not enough time. Back to it – since it’s been cold, I thought this oatmeal gingerbread sounded great. It could work as a dessert, but we ate it for breakfast with apple butter, and it’s delicious.
