I don’t know who Elise is but I like her noodles. No surprise, since I’ll pretty much gobble up any noodles. These were perfect for this week since cold sesame noodles aren’t Larry’s favorite, and he’s out of town. So I get to eat whatever I want for the next few days.
The recipe calls for whole wheat spaghetti but I used buckwheat soba instead. Other than that, it’s a pretty standard sesame noodle recipe – rice wine, soy sauce, sesame oil. I really love the combination and I love the crunch of the snow peas in this version.
