It’s been a while since I made this salad, but I’ve had my mind on it. We’re continuing with the European recovery plan, eating a lot of salad and avocado. The Spanish don’t serve fresh green salads, and we definitely missed them. I love this salad, with the smoky grilled avocado and corn.
