This soup is a Portuguese mainstay, although Larry and I never really ate any when we were in Portugal last year. It usually contains onion, potatoes and and kale. This recipe sticks pretty close to that, except I used chard, and it’s got crumbled tempeh for protein and texture. It’s a nice soup. Not outstanding, but nice.
