I like this cake more than Larry does. But what’s not to like? It’s chocolate. It has wine. It’s not too boozy. And no frosting, just some powdered sugar. What I love about Bundt cakes (this is number five for the month) is that they’re so simple and they usually don’t need any fuss with frosting or layering. Just a glaze or powdered sugar… or even plain.
