Don’t judge me – I made blondies from a mix. The horrors! But not just any old mix, it’s from the Baked folks, and is available only at Williams-Sonoma. They’re not inexpensive, but they taste great. I don’t think anyone would guess they’re from a mix. The blondies are buttery, chewy, slightly malty and generously studded with semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips. There aren’t any weird ingredients, and they’re a breeze to make – just add eggs and melted butter.
